From factory floors at Pegatron (building Google Home, ~2M units/yr in Suzhou) and the supplier side of Dell’s supply chain at Wistron, to building TikTok Live’s RCA system 0→1 — work threading hardware supply chains into AI operations.
I’ve sat on both sides of the supplier table — managing suppliers on a production line, and being the supplier to a Tier-1 customer. Since 2026 I’ve been studying what sits underneath AI: the buildings, the power, and the contracts that decide where AI can run and what it costs.
